Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Ensure that coffee beans remain in their original, unopened heat-sealed packaging and that equipment includes all original boxes and manuals.
- 3.Ship to the Roastery
Affix the provided return label or mail your package to our central warehouse for inspection by our quality control team.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once your return is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement roast immediately.
